Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for your order. We process orders upon receipt. Our priority is you! We will work on getting your order packaged and tracking 1-3 days. Processing and Shipping times may be delayed by holidays or non business day. 

Standard Shipping

We will process all orders trough USPS. Please allow 3  days for  processing your orders. Allow your order  to arrive 1-5 days days after it begins tracking. Delays may be expected during events out of our control.You will receive a tracking number 1-3 days from the day your order was placed.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Cultura Cosmetics is not responsible if an order is lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed Delivered by the USPS.

If a packaged is returned or refused there is a $10-Non Delivery Fee. This will be deducted from any refund.
